THE APARTMENT
Located on the sixth floor, this compact studio apartment features quality finishes, plenty of natural light and a well-thought-out layout. The ceilings are higher than usual, the large windows bring in plenty of daylight, and the windowsills are finished in marble. Light fixtures are already installed, and the bathroom is fully fitted.

TECHNICAL DETAILS
The building is connected to the district heating network, while electric underfloor heating adds extra comfort in the bathroom. Fresh air is ensured by a building-wide ventilation system with heat recovery.
