With 3-layer windows and hard wood floors the apartment building was once built specially for Kalev candy facotry workers. The last floor of the building houses a sauna with a view to the pines surrounding the house. The sauna has a big meeting room with a fireplace and another waiting room where one can learn about the history of the house and its original habitants.
The roof of the house and the hyetal system have been replaced and the chimney of the house has had maintenance work. A couple of years ago the hallways got new fono locks and each apartment got a new electric shield. This hallway's water and sewage pipes have been changed, too.
Parking is for free, with an electronic card.
The radiators in the apartment are new.
The basement of the house holds firewood for the sauna and a ping pong table. There is also room for gym equipment.
The side costs in February were 198 euro, in July 84 eurot.
