Owner of the house was Artur Mõistlik (in English Reasonable) and that’s why it was also called reasonable house (Mõistliku maja in Estonian). In the end on the 30s the house also had hairdresser, souvenirshop and bakery. In the back yard there was a place for wanderers, where they could feed, care and keep their horses. If necessary it was possible to fix carts minor errors.
